Banks Concerned About Driving Efficient Revenue Growth Creating Need for Innovation in Distribution and Staffing

In the past, distribution and resource management solutions were loosely coupled in the marketplace. As clients concern for revenue efficiency has grown, so has the need to better match resources within and across channels and improve their sales and service effectiveness.

Novantas LLC, the leading provider of management consultancy and information services to the financial services industries, today announced the expansion of its Distribution Services to include workforce and process optimization through the addition of Darryl Demos as a Managing Director in the Firm’s New York City office.

“Darryl has a proven track record of combining services and software in a manner that delivers exceptional value for financial institutions." said Dave Kaytes, Novantas Managing Director. “He is ideally suited to help advance the Firm’s strategy to deliver integrated insights and technology solutions to the financial industries”.

Demos is known as an innovator in workforce, productivity and process optimization in banking and other financial services businesses. He joins Novantas from Verint, where he served as a Senior Vice President and General Manager. He was founder and CEO of Demos Solutions, which he sold to Verint in 2006. Demos worked as a CPA for KPMG in New York prior to forming Demos Solutions.

At Demos Solutions he helped pioneer numerous software and service tools to improve productivity in bank branches and back offices. In particular, he led development of the first distributed web based workforce software for bank branches and designed sales productivity solutions that that link market opportunity, sales goals, and closing success rates to optimize the deployment of staff across national networks.

“The time is right to combine Novantas' customer and market sciences with workforce and process optimization,” said Darryl Demos. Demos will also lead the recently announced partnership with Verint systems.

Novantas is recognized as a leader in customer science and revenue strategy in the financial services industry. The Firm specializes in investigating and interpreting customer needs, attitudes and behaviors in ways that help companies to refine marketing decisions, customer strategies, and sales and service activities.
